{"id":3721,"date":"2022-07-20T09:22:44","date_gmt":"2022-07-20T19:22:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recherche.upf.pf\/?post_type=projet&#038;p=3721"},"modified":"2022-07-20T09:25:10","modified_gmt":"2022-07-20T19:25:10","slug":"microplast","status":"publish","type":"projet","link":"https:\/\/recherche.upf.pf\/ty\/projet\/microplast\/","title":{"rendered":"MICROPLAST"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-ty\">D\u00e9sol\u00e9, ce contenu est uniquement disponible en <a href=\"https:\/\/recherche.upf.pf\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projet\/3721\" class=\"qtranxs-available-language-link qtranxs-available-language-link-fr\" title=\"Fran\u00e7ais\">Fran\u00e7ais<\/a>.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interactions entre microplastiques, m\u00e9taux et b\u00e9nitier dans diff\u00e9rents lagons de Polyn\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet propose de mesurer, les niveaux de contamination m\u00e9talliques et en microplastiques de plusieurs lagons de Polyn\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise en utilisant le b\u00e9nitier <em>Tridacna maxima <\/em>comme int\u00e9grateur biologique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tr\u00e8s grande aire de r\u00e9partition de cette esp\u00e8ce benthique sessile, et sa physiologie (esp\u00e8ce filtrant d\u2019important volumes d\u2019eau), en fait un candidat adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 ce type de d\u00e9marche. Par ailleurs, cette esp\u00e8ce constituant une ressource vivri\u00e8re des populations insulaires, il est important de v\u00e9rifier qu\u2019il ne constitue pas un vecteur de contamination.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En comparaison avec les donn\u00e9es mesur\u00e9es dans la colonne d\u2019eau, il s\u2019agira de comprendre les m\u00e9canismes de transfert des microplastiques dans la chaine alimentaire et notamment dans les macrofiltreurs. Ainsi, en parall\u00e8le des campagnes de mesures <em>in situ<\/em>, des exp\u00e9rimentations en laboratoire seront \u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9es afin de mieux caract\u00e9riser le fonctionnement \u00e9cophysiologique de ce bivalve.
