{"id":428,"date":"2021-04-08T10:39:56","date_gmt":"2021-04-08T20:39:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recherche.upf.pf\/?post_type=plateforme&#038;p=428"},"modified":"2022-09-20T07:16:33","modified_gmt":"2022-09-20T17:16:33","slug":"observatoire-geodesique-de-tahiti-ogt","status":"publish","type":"plateforme","link":"https:\/\/recherche.upf.pf\/fr\/plateforme\/observatoire-geodesique-de-tahiti-ogt\/","title":{"rendered":"OGT \u2014 Observatoire G\u00e9od\u00e9sique de Tahiti"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis 1997, Tahiti est u<strong>n site de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence g\u00e9od\u00e9sique fondamental pour la poursuite des satellites d\u2019\u00e9tude de la Terre \u00e0 des fins oc\u00e9anographiques, g\u00e9odynamiques et g\u00e9ophysiques<\/strong>&nbsp;gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019installation d\u2019une&nbsp;<strong>station de poursuite de satellites par laser sur le campus de l\u2019UPF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette station Moblas (pour MOBile LASer Ranging System) et les syst\u00e8mes de radio-positionnement install\u00e9s dans Papeete constituent l\u2019Observatoire G\u00e9od\u00e9sique de Tahiti (OGT), qui est un partenariat entre le Centre national d\u2019\u00e9tudes spatiales (CNES), le laboratoire Gepasud de l\u2019UPF et la Nasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activit\u00e9 scientifique<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Un certain nombre d\u2019applications des techniques spatiales aux sciences de la Terre et de l\u2019oc\u00e9an n\u00e9cessitent une d\u00e9termination d\u2019orbite de niveau centim\u00e9trique (pour des satellites \u00e0 des distances comprises entre 300 et 30 000 km) qui implique une poursuite des satellites \u00e0 partir de r\u00e9seaux g\u00e9od\u00e9siques de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Si la trajectoire de ces satellites est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9cise, on peut en retour am\u00e9liorer la pr\u00e9cision du positionnement du site de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, am\u00e9liorer la connaissance du champ de gravit\u00e9 terrestre et de ses variations temporelles ou d\u00e9terminer la surface topographique de la mer et sa variabilit\u00e9. Cette d\u00e9termination pr\u00e9cise repose sur la mesure de la distance entre le point de mesure et le satellite \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un faisceau laser.&nbsp;<br><br>Il est indispensable qu\u2019un effort continu d\u2019observations en des points r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement espac\u00e9s \u00e0 la surface de la Terre soit r\u00e9alis\u00e9. C\u2019est la raison d\u2019\u00eatre du r\u00e9seau mondial associant des stations de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence g\u00e9odynamique fondamentale (ILRS et IGS) regroup\u00e9es dans le cadre de l\u2019Association Internationale de G\u00e9od\u00e9sie (IAG), et dont l\u2019OGT est un maillon. L\u2019OGT abrite aussi depuis 2007 le Centre International des Mar\u00e9es Terrestres, qui est aussi un des services de l\u2019IAG.<br><br>L\u2019OGT a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les r\u00e9alisations de l\u2019ITRF (International Terrestrial Reference Frame). Il s\u2019est enrichi au fil des ans de divers \u00e9quipements annexes, dont une station permanente DORIS, diverses stations GNSS permanentes, dont une station de la NGA am\u00e9ricaine, et depuis 2006 d\u2019un r\u00e9seau de stations mar\u00e9graphiques (cinq stations de qualit\u00e9 g\u00e9od\u00e9sique) et d\u2019un gravim\u00e8tre gPhone en 2007 sur financement UPF-CNES. A noter que nous h\u00e9bergeons depuis 2011 une station GNSS permanente du DLR et depuis 2009 deux stations GNSS permanentes fournies gracieusement par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 TRIMBLE. Une station Beidou chinoise (Observatoire de Shanghai) est venue enrichir le parc en 2015 ainsi, qu&#8217;\u00e0 compter de fin 2015, une station GNSS sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e pour le suivi du satellite am\u00e9ricano-ta\u00efwanais COSMIC-2 de sondage radiofr\u00e9quence de l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re, en collaboration avec l\u2019UCAR (University Corporation for Atmospheric Research).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tout l\u2019OGT fournit des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 &nbsp;<strong>cinq services internationaux<\/strong>&nbsp;relevant de l\u2019Association Internationale de G\u00e9od\u00e9sie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>ILRS (International Laser Ranging Service),<\/li><li>IGS (International GNSS Service),<\/li><li>IDS (International DORIS Service),<\/li><li>PSMSL (Permanent Service for Mean Sea Level),<\/li><li>IGETS (International Geodynamics and Earth Tides Service).<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"author":23,"featured_media":3281,"template":"","coauthors":[371],"class_list":["post-428","plateforme","type-plateforme","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","entry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>OGT \u2014 Observatoire G\u00e9od\u00e9sique de Tahiti  &#8226;
